Casa entre medianeras is built on a traditional plot with elongated dimensions and a narrow bay. The house is organized on three floors. The ground floor arranges the garage, a study and services. On the first floor are designed the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. And on the last floor is distributed the most private program with the bedrooms.

To strengthen the interior spaces in this extended dwelling, the architects design an interior patio that allows to illuminate and ventilate the different atmospheres. The design of Casa entre medianeras seeks to reduce the environmental impact using pure, ecological, prefabricated and simple materials. In addition, sustainable behavior is pursued with vegetable roofing, proper orientation of interior spaces and thermal control with the design of latticework on the façade.

The wood, the natural light, the white, the purity, the creativity and the ingenuity make Casa entre medianeras an exemplary architecture.
